- La Catedral se encuentra a 650 metros (6 minutos).
- Plaza de la Merced y su famosa "Casa Natal de Picasso" se encuentran a 350 metros (4 minutos).
- La Alcazaba se encuentra a 700 metros (8 minutos).
- Calle Larios está a 750 metros (7 minutos).

October 2024Bardzo przyjemne mieszkanie, w samym centrum starej Malagi. W odległości kilku minut drogi od wielu atrakcji, pysznych restauracji, kawiarni, sklepów. Blisko publiczny parking (25 euro/doba). Mieszkanie w bardzo klimatycznym miejscu, w kamienicy z pięknym patio. Jedynym minusem jest to, że jedna z sypialni jest od strony ulicy i niestety w nocy jest bardzo głośno. Jest to boczna uliczka i często zbierają się tam różne osoby i urządzają sobie spotkania, co bardzo przeszkadza spać. Nie jest to zależne od gospodarzy, czy nie pogarsza standardu mieszkania, ale jeżeli ktoś ma problem z zaśnięcie i musi mieć cicho, to powinien to wiedzieć. I jeszcze jedna sugestia dla właścicieli, mile widziana byłaby jakaś kawa, herbata, woda, chociaż na pierwszy dzień/ranek pobytu, potem oczywiście wszystko można sobie kupić, ale jak np.przyjezdza się zmęczonym, późno, to o takich rzeczach się nie myśli, a taka drobnostka bardzo ułatwia życie. Podsumowując bardzo ładne, klimatyczne mieszkanie, polecam!

September 2024Great location. You’re only 3 mins walk from all restaurants and bars in the old centre area. The flat has a lot of character and is Very good for exploring Malaga’s centre. However we were unlucky that there were loud road works which meant we were woken up very early every morning. Also weekend nights are not ideal if you want a good night sleep because you can easily hear people walking by at night. I would say this place is perfect for exploring the centre night life but not ideal for those who like quiet early nights.

September 2024Мені сподобалось перебування в апартаментах, дуже стильне та затишне приміщення. Гарно розташоване, все що мало бути в наявності було. Господар одразу реагував на наші побажання. Один з недоліків те що вночі досить шумно, але це центр міста. Ще мала би прохання поміняти кондиціонер, тому що з нього час від часу тече вода на підлогу в залі. Але в цілому мені все дуже сподобалось, з задоволенням повернусь ще раз.

June 2024I highly recommend this charming apartment! The flat was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The location is unbeatable, with excellent attractions and restaurants just a few minutes away. Our host was very supportive, promptly responding to all our requests and resolving any issues efficiently. Just a note for light sleepers – while the flat is tucked away on a small street, it’s still in the city center, so you might occasionally hear at night people enjoying their time in this beautiful city. A wonderful experience overall!

May 2024Die Lage Top! Zu Fuß alles in dem altern Stadtkern von Malaga erreichbar. Sehr viele gute Restaurants in der Umgebung, und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unterkunft makellos, sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Nur das mit den Regeln nehmen manche Nachbarn nicht so ernst und es ist die Nacht hinweg mal öfter Laut gewesen - dafür können die Gastgeber aber nichts. Sonst alles prima :-)

May 2024La calle es de viviendas turísticas lo que hace que se escuche ruido en la noche. habitan muchas palomas en los techos. recomiendo quitar el pie de cama para no golpearse al pasar El closet no abre las puertas porque topa la cama. La ducha es muy chica

April 2024Sichere Umgebung, Wohnung liegt in einer Fußgängerstraße mit angenehmem Ambiente in Zentrumlage, Supermarkt für Lebensmittel in der Nähe, Restaurants nahe gelegen, Wohnung sehr sauber und angenehm, Küche knapp aber ausreichend ausgestattet, (keine Microwelle vorhanden) Nespresso-Typ Kaffee Maschine vorhanden, Wasserkocher ist auch da. Malaga und die Altstadt haben uns sehr gut gefallen, Gastgeber angenehm, guter Kontakt, alles oK. Viele Grüße

March 2024Prima locatie, schoon appartement. Ruimte zoals beschreven. Keuken wat basic, maar wie wil er nou koken in Malaga? Wat lawaai van de straat snachts, maar dat hoort bij een stad en een centrale locatie. Service van verhuurder was prima. Reageerde snel en vriendelijk. Zou het zeker weer huren.

January 2024Huoneiston sijainti on hyvä rauhallisella kadulla; kaikki kävelymatkan päässä. Sängyt olivat mukavat. Viesteihin vastattiin nopeasti ja saimme pyytämämme toiset avaimet pian. Toinen makuuhuone oli pimeä eikä siitä ollut ikkunaa ulos. Osa tyynyistä litteitä. Pyyhkeitä ei saanut ripustettua kuivumaan kylpyhuoneeseen.

November 2023It's an excellent apartment and very representative of the local culture. I'd give it 4 1/4 stars had it been possible just because of a couple of simple details I would suggest; but not having that option, between 4 and 5, it's a 5. Those would be: 1. There was some coffee capsules and tea bags at arrival. Having a handful of small sugar thingies so people can make their drink right upon arrival, would have been great. Then the guests can go out and get their own things. 2. It would be a very good idea to communicate clearly in the description that there is no microwave oven. I mean, neither the description nor the list of services says there is one, so they are not fooling anyone. But these devices are so ubiquitous nowadays that I'd say people simply expect a microwave oven to be there. For us, it wasn't really a problem; but it could be for other people. Oh, and a couple of extra towel hangers in the bathroom would be useful. Those there when we went are not enough for four.

Supermarkt ook in de directe omgeving. De communicatie met de verhuurder was erg prettig en vriendelijk, er werd snel gereageerd op vragen. Een absolute aanrader!

October 2023Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral aber nicht laut. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist eher dunkel, das eine Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster mit innerem Fensterladen zum Treppenhaus hin.

August 2023Die Wohnung liegt am Rand der Altstadt in einer Straße ohne Verkehr. Der nächste Markt mit Supermarkt und Ständen ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Die Alcazaba, das Zentrum der Altstadt, das Picasso Museum, das Museum der Stadt, der Parque de Málaga, der Hafen und die Standpromenade sind in 10 Gehminuten erreicht. Zum Badestrand sind es 15 Gehminuten. Insgesamt sind die Wege kurz und in den benachbarten Gassen gibt es Bars, Restaurants und weitere Gastronomie, sowie Bäcker etc. Die Wohnung in dem schönen alten Herrenhaus liegt wunderbar zentral. Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend und kunstvoll saniert. Die Fotos geben den Zustand wieder. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Internet funktioniert sehr schnell und ohne Unterbrechungen. Das Bad ist schön gestaltet, sauber und die Dusche angenehm groß. Wir haben als Familie (4 Personen) wunderschöne 8 Tage in Málaga verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.
